SubAero Precision Machining was started in 2011 by experienced Technocrats, to meet ever increasing demand for Medium to Large sized CNC Precision Machined Components from Die &Mold Industry.
We can undertake precision and complex jobs requiring 3 or 4 axis positional or continuous machining on our state-of-the-art Double Column VMC installed in our factoryand on other CNC Machining Centres in our sister concern. The machines have built-in electronic measurement system to ensure accuracy of the machined components. In houseon-line 75 KVA UPS ensures interruption free running of the machines and thus facilitates risk free machining of parts and timely delivery.
We have adequately trained skilled technical manpower to handle the design and manufacture of the parts. The Quality of the machined parts is additionally ensured by a large size CNC CMM inspection facility available at our sister concern..
